I heard about this through Google and it looks appealing. However, is there a certain age requirement to attend these meetings?

We're open to anyone who wants to attend. Most meetings consist of us sitting around over dinner, talking about religion and politics, so kids often find it boring. That said, many people have brought their families, and quite a few of our members are under 20. Hope to see you next meeting!

A friend of mine keeps reminding me to go, so I'll be there on the 9th. I'm new; although I've been attending the Atheists, Agnostics, and Rationalists group at UCI for weeks.

FYI, I just visited Austin, Texas and saw Richard Dawkins and also met up with the Atheist Community of Austin, a very active Atheists group. It was good to meet up with such an active Atheist group.

As for age limit, Newsha, I'm probably one of the youngest people there at 19, but there are plenty of UCI students and friendly people of all ages.

The San Diego branch and I will be there, as usual.

I'm sure glad that I checked the site to see if you had an upcoming meeting. This would be my first meeting with the group, as I've somewhat recently moved from Houston.
